Meet life with more presence, resilience, and adaptability.
Learn Vedic Meditation, an effortless, mantra-based practice that gives the mind and body deep rest and supports a more present, resilient, and adaptable way of meeting life.
Taught in person in Pittsburgh, throughout Ohio and West Virginia, and in other locations by arrangement.
More Rest. More Capacity for Life.
Vedic Meditation is not about withdrawing from life or trying to make the mind go blank. It is a simple, effortless practice that allows the mind and body to access deep rest and release accumulated stress.
As stress becomes less dominant, more of your natural capacity can become available: greater clarity, creativity, adaptability, energy, and ease in the way you meet your life.

Why I Teach Vedic Meditation
I’m Lora McKnight, a Vedic Meditation Initiator based in Pittsburgh. I learned Vedic Meditation in 2021 and completed my Initiator Training in the Himalayas in 2025.
I teach because this practice is not simply a way to feel calmer for 20 minutes. It is a way to release accumulated stress so we can participate in our lives with greater clarity, adaptability, and joy.
My students receive personal instruction, a practice they can use for life, and ongoing access to guidance and community after the course is complete.
Let’s Connect.
Whether you’re new to meditation or ready to go deeper in your journey, I’m here to support you.
