Four-Day Meditation Course
Sliding scale; rates available upon inquiry
The foundation of your lifelong practice. In four consecutive sessions (90 minutes each), you’ll learn the Vedic Meditation technique one-on-one or in a small group setting. You’ll receive your personalized mantra and learn how to integrate the practice into your daily life easily.
Group Meditation
Free
These free, weekly gatherings are open to all who have completed the Four-Day Course. Together, we meditate, share reflections, and deepen our understanding of the Vedic worldview. It’s a space to recharge, reconnect, and grow in good company.
Rounding Instruction
$108 for 2-hour course
Rounding is a powerful sequence of gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation designed to release deep-rooted stress and accelerate your progress.

Mentoring
